Once you have made a payment for any subscription plan or premium service on our platform, the payment is final and non-refundable. This applies to all situations, including but not limited to:

• All Subscription Plans: Whether you purchase a basic, premium, or elite plan, once the transaction is completed, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
• Profile Browsing & Selection: We provide you with the ability to browse and select profiles based on your preferences. Any profile you view or choose to connect with is your personal decision. We are not liable for any outcomes or dissatisfaction with your selections.
• Matchmaking Services: Our platform uses an algorithm to suggest compatible profiles. However, the quality of matches and satisfaction with suggestions is subjective. No refunds will be provided based on match quality or compatibility satisfaction.
• Communication Features: All messaging, video call credits, and communication features are non-refundable once purchased.
• Account Suspension: If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.

• Billing: All charges are final and non-refundable regardless of the payment method used (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Digital Wallets, etc.).
