IndiaOneMatrimony is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform for adults seeking matrimonial matches. This page describes our standards, policies, and reporting procedures related to child safety.
1. Our Commitment
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE/CSE), grooming, or any conduct that puts minors at risk. IndiaOneMatrimony is a matrimonial platform for adults only and is not intended for use by anyone under the legal age of marriage in India.
2. Age Requirements
To use IndiaOneMatrimony, users must meet the following minimum ages:

- •Female users must be 18 years of age or older
- •All users must be legally eligible to marry under applicable law
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain information from minors. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are removed promptly.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited on our platform:
- •Creating or using an account if you are under the minimum eligible age
- •Uploading, sharing, or requesting content involving minors
- •Grooming, harassment, or inappropriate contact directed at minors
- •Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitative content

4. Prevention & Moderation
We take steps to reduce harm and enforce our standards, including:

- •Account suspension or permanent removal for policy violations
- •Blocking repeat or serious offenders from the platform
- •Cooperation with law enforcement and relevant authorities when required
5. Reporting Concerns
If you encounter a profile, message, or content that may involve a minor, child exploitation, or any child safety concern, please report it immediately.

Please include relevant details such as profile ID, screenshots (if safe to share), and a description of the concern. We review child safety reports as a priority.
6. Law Enforcement & Emergencies
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. In India, you may also reach the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or dial 1930 for cyber fraud and online crime reporting, or contact your nearest police station.
We comply with applicable laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and will preserve and disclose information to authorized authorities when legally required.
7. Enforcement Actions
Violations of these standards may result in immediate account termination, removal of content, permanent bans, and referral to law enforcement. We may take action without prior notice where necessary to protect users and comply with the law.
