Miss Bharat™ — Refund Policy

Effective Date: 15 May 2026

1. General Policy

The registration fee of ₹999 (One Time Only) is generally non-refundable because it covers administrative, verification, and processing costs.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate payment made by mistake.
  2. Payment charged multiple times for the same application.
  3. Technical error resulting in an incorrect charge.
  4. Payment received but application could not be created due to a confirmed system issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

  • The participant changes her mind.
  • The application is not shortlisted.
  • The participant is unable to attend.
  • Required documents are not submitted.
  • The participant is disqualified.
  • The participant voluntarily withdraws.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, send the following to the official support contacts:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Payment Proof
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for Refund

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made solely by the management of Miss Bharat™ Award and shall be final and binding.
